Getting Started with Mail Assist

Follow this comprehensive guide to get started with Mail Assist and begin sending professional emails with our powerful platform.

Quick Start
Visit mailassist.abusha.tech to begin your journey with Mail Assist. The entire setup process takes less than 5 minutes!

Initial Setup

Step 1: Access the Platform

Navigate to mailassist.abusha.tech in your web browser. You'll see the Mail Assist homepage with the following navigation options:

  • Features - Explore all available Mail Assist features
  • Help - Access support, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
  • Login - Sign in to your existing account
  • Signup - Create a new Mail Assist account

Step 2: Create Your Account

Click on the Signup button to create your new account. You'll need to provide:

Required Information

  • Name: Your full name
  • Email: Valid email address (verification required)
  • Password: Secure password for your account
Email Verification Required
After signup, check your email inbox for a verification link. You must verify your email before accessing the platform features.

Step 3: Login to Your Account

If you already have an account, click Login and enter:

  • Email Address: Your registered email
  • Password: Your account password

Once logged in, you'll see three new navigation options in the navbar:

Dashboard Features

Your dashboard provides comprehensive insights into your email activity:

Email Statistics

  • Total Emails Sent: Complete count of all emails
  • Successfully Sent: Number of delivered emails
  • Failed: Count of failed email deliveries
  • Scheduled: Emails queued for future delivery

Search & Filter Options

  • Search by Email: Find emails by recipient address
  • Search by Subject: Locate emails by subject line
  • Filter by Status: Sort by delivery status (sent, failed, scheduled)
  • Complete History: View all sent emails with full details

Buying Credits

Mail Assist operates on a credit-based system. You start with 300 default credits and can purchase more as needed.

Purchase Process

Step-by-Step Purchase

  1. Navigate to the Buy Credits page
  2. Select your preferred plan from available options
  3. Click the Pay button
  4. A QR code will appear on your screen
  5. Scan the QR code with your payment app
  6. Send the appropriate amount
  7. Important: Include your email address in the payment note
Payment Note
Always include your registered email address in the payment note to ensure credits are added to the correct account.

Sending Emails

Mail Assist offers flexible email sending options through templates and custom content.

Using Predefined Templates

When you access the Send Mail section, you'll see various predefined templates:

  • Search Templates: Find templates by category or keyword
  • Fill Values: Input required information for selected template
  • Live Preview: See how your email will look before sending
  • Send Email: Deliver your customized message

Custom Templates

For more control, select the Custom Template option to access two powerful features:

Access all your saved custom templates with single mail and bulk mail options

Build New Template

Create custom templates with content blocks and personalized styling

View Your Templates

Browse all your created templates and choose sending options:

  • Single Mail: Send to one recipient - fill inputs and send
  • Bulk Mail: Send to multiple recipients with personalization

Bulk Email Process

For bulk emails, follow these steps:

Data Input Options
  1. Enter the email subject line
  2. Choose data input method:
    • CSV Upload: Upload file with required columns (displayed on screen)
    • Manual Entry: Use Add Row/Remove Row to input data manually
    • Export Option: Export current table data as CSV
  3. Click Preview Emails to unlock the preview screen
  4. Review all emails in the preview
  5. Send bulk emails when ready

Creating a New Template

Template Setup

  1. Template Name: Choose a descriptive name for your template
  2. Content Blocks: Add and arrange content elements
  3. Placeholder Values: Set up dynamic content variables

  5. Preview & Save: Review and store your template

  4. Values will be replaced with actual data when sending
